You can search and view the request log for any of your APIs by following these steps:

  1. Select the My workspace link from the navigation menu or the task link option within the body of the homepage. This will take workspace listing page.
  2. Select the API name link from the API lsitings within the API section of the workspace Overview page. This will show you the API details page for the selected API. You will also now have the Request logs option under the Reporting sidebar menu tab.
  3. Select the Request logs option under the Reporting sidebar menu tab. This will show you the API request logs search page with search box and filter options including:
  • Log Source (APIM Gateway, WAF) - Filters the log result shown by source from which a request was made - either through web application firewall or API gateway service.
  • Environment (Dev, Staging, Live) - Filters the log result shown by environment in which the request was made.
  • Time range (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month) - Filters the log result shown by the period of time which the requests to be shown in the log was made.
  • Status Code (All, 200, 429, 502, 500, 499, 400, 401, 403, 404) - Filters the log result shown by the status code returned following the API request.
  1. Type a word or phrase for the request log into the Search box. This search function let you to search for an API request log. You will have the options to apply filtering by log source, environment, time range or status code with pagination before or after your search.
  2. Select the Search button.
  3. Select the relevant request log result to view the content and detail.

You can clear your search using the Clear search link below the Search button.
